Cannot recommend Ankush enough! We were interested in a property up in Auckland over December and Ankush was the stand-in agent over the holiday period. He was very accommodating around arranging viewings that worked for us, seeing as we are from Wellington.

He also helped provide guidance around putting our best offer forward, given it was a multi offer situation - whilst completing our due diligence on the property. He was very responsive in contacting the vendor with numerous questions and getting us all the information we needed. Ankush was very approachable and just lovely to deal with from the get go and saw the process through to the end with us. Our offer was accepted and he stayed in touch throughout the process to check where things were at with the sale of our property and whether we needed anything ahead of settlement. He even did the pre-settlement inspection on our behalf as we couldn’t be there on the day! Cannot recommend Ankush enough as an agent! He’ll certainly be our preferred Auckland agent for any future property purchases or sales.

Above and Beyond!
We had the pleasure of working with Ankush as the agent representing a house we wanted to purchase. Our entire sale and purchase was a nightmare, including a difficult negotiation, however Ankush was amazing to deal with. He always responded to our questions quickly, and was happy to accommodate any requests. When it came to the crunch, Ankush came up with a fantastic but unusual idea to get the sale across the line - as we were not able to meet the vendor's requirements in purchase price, Ankush suggested adjusting our offer to include as many "8's" as possible, being a lucky number in the Chinese culture....So in the end an additional $888 secured us the home (rather than ten's of thousands!).
We absolutely recommend Ankush, and are very grateful for all his hard work!
